Not sure about this map. I found a new version I think v4 but Im not sure if its even the same map as ze_halo_a_a1 .There are no real comments about it, no tests, not even some pics to make a first opinion on it. The only think I found out abut the map is thats its from the same creator as jurassic park.Thats the only reason I would give it a try.I will test it later (maybe)

ze_christmas_infection_v2_3

Its quite good, First 2 tests went well. No bugs, no crash, no glitch etc.

The gameplay is quite fun but its a really hard and long map. Cts and zm can both use materia if they find one. Zm even gets respawned if it dies. +It needs a lot of teamplay otherwise cts just get overrun.

 

ze_TESV_Skyrim_v4fix

3rd test finished: Its has some improvements in my opinion, some bugs are fixed + now even admins/vips can pick up the special skins/weapons.

But its a really hard map especially for our server(if its not full), I played it 3 times now and we could just make it to the second level ...

 

ze_shaun_of_the_dead_b3

Some nice improvments in this version. More random ways now and the difficulty increased.

 

ze_saw_final

Map is quite fun if there are many people playing it. The gameplay is quite simple and fun for both cts and zm.

 

ze_destruction_of_exorath_v8F

1st test complete. Much improvment in this version. Theie is a telport for first zm now. Its actually good balanced between zm and cts. Even if there is only 1 zm at start its still easy for him to kill some cts. The only problem is if the first zm is afk but this problem has almost every map. 

The only thing what worries me is the boss at level 3(extreme), he is damn hard and Im not sure if he is even killable at limited ammo.I need some more tests to check it

Definitely a no, this map is still in its early beta, so that means its still full of bugs and not optimized gameplay.
We usually dont add maps which are still in development or not at least 90% bug free.

 

ze_infiltration_final

nah im not sure about that. We already had it in the maplist a couple of times and in my opinion the gameplay is really poor here.
Nothing but running with just 2-3 spots to defend and which are not even really hard to cover.

I play it regulary on i3d and i can say its a good map:

3 levels, 3 weapons/materias, and a good difficulty.

I think some maps can be deleted:

ze_nuke_v1fix ( or zombies need to be tp when they spawns..)

ze_elevator_escape_jbg_final ( not enough difficulty / repetitive map )

ze_rooftop_runaway2_v5 ( not enough difficulty / repetitive map )

ze_sorrento_escape_v5 ( not enough difficulty / repetitive map )

ze_trainescape_final ( not enough difficulty / repetitive map )

Jey JoPlayer thx for the suggestion.

 

ze_stalker_ultimate_a2_6 looks interesting. A little bit to much running in my opinion and the some areas are really big.

But I will defenitely check it.

For the suggestion to remove some maps: I still need to talk to Snayp about it which we really have to remove.

 

Sorrento: One thing is for sure that sorrento will stay in the maplist.

 

Nuke: I will add a tp to spawn for zm.

 

But its unclear for the rest of the maps.

Thats it for now. We wont add more maps. At least for a while. I will still test the one or another map from time to time.

But we wont add them till at least next month.

That's a part of the reasons why she've been removed months ago.

We'll try this again maybe this week-end if you're here to be sure.

Yeah the problem is that we didnt play it with a full or at least near full server.

I think we need heal + ammo for the boss which we hadnt when we reached him.(we reached him only 1 time)

Not sure if kevlar might help too.

 

 

I marked it as accepted because its in the maplist anyway for now.

If the boss really isnt killable when it will probably be removed again.

Its still fun though even level 1+2.

ze_Jurassic_Park_Story_v1:

there is a bug at the end of the map: zombies respawn indefinitely, it make the round unfinishable without admin connected :/

 

Also, i think it could be great to re-added infiltration_escape on the server :P

Yeah the rar file is 3.2 but try to extract it and you will see its just v3.

Because the file on our server and this have the exact same file size.

So its either that he forgot to add the right version into the rar file or that we already have the newest.

I dont understand why the mapper did not changed the map name, it's very confusing.

But ok, we have the last version ^^

i think we should replace ze_biohazard_manor_v4a_004fix2 by ze_biohazard_v2b_004.

 

Why ? Cause to finish ze_biohazard_manor_v4a_004fix2,  we have to find somes items, and we rarelly finish the map ( players dunno where items are... )

+ players are often lost

 

ze_biohazard_manor_v4a_004fix2 is never played on the server, but ze_biohazard_v2b_004 was played regulary when she was still on the server ;)

Mais oui on t'as compris Jo'.

J'en avais parlé à Zip de cette nouvelle version que je trouvais personnellement pas super, on avait conclu qu'on verrait plus tard si on remettait l'ancienne version sur le serveur étant donné que celle-ci venait à peine d'être ajoutée.

Pour voir si les joueurs s'adapteraient aux changements de la map comme ils ont su le faire avec d'autres comme shroomforest et le levier qu'un seul joueur doit activer en extrême 1 en somme.

Je verrais avec Zip ce week-end si on remet l'ancienne version.

Bah en l'occurence ils se sont pas adaptés du tout, pour preuve la map n'est jamais jouée sur le serveur, tandis ce que l'ancienne était jouée assez souvent.

Après c'est vous qui voyer, mais je vois pas l'interet de garder une map qui n'est jamais jouée....
