Bonjour, voici mon problème:

  • Pseudo (du compte VIP) : Kitsune
  • SteamID : STEAM_0:0:28624700
  • Nature du problème (choisir une option) : Section Web - paiement
  • Détail du problème : Je rentre d'un mois de vacances, je décide de renouvelermon abonnement par allopass comme d'hab, mais là je trouve ce message:
     
    "Le code que vous avez inséré est erroné !"

Cependant, j'ai fait plusieurs fois les codes, j'ai donc perdu 5 allopass bêtement, donc j'aimerais savoir si possible si cela viens bel et bien d'allopass et si possible de les valider manuellement, j'ai garder que les 3 derniers que je donnerais par MP à un responsable.

Je sais pas si ça change quelque chose mais il y a deux codes français et un code suisse.
