I'd like an admin to clearly clarify the rules about team killing with the minigun at the core on Paranoid: are you allowed to deliberately kill your own team members with the minigun so you can kill them as zombie and get extra points in the ending arena or is this against the rules?

 

If the server allows this, then I'll take my gaming else where.

 

If this is against the rules, then I must raise an issue.  I am tired of playing this map with an almost certainly that anyone who gets the minigun will deliberately overheat it and kill their own team.  It's not even a case of trolling; trolling involves the player killing himself and the team.  Players are deliberately doing this to get solo wins and extra points at the end.

 

Names will not be named this time - but those primarily responsible are VIP players.  9/10 instances involves a VIP exploding the minigun to get a solo by killing their own team.  I am not wasting my time playing a map for my own team member to kill me at the end.

 

If this is against the rules, in future I will be making demos of the culprits and bringing it to the forum's attention.

If you see someone do this once you can record him, it'll clean up the server we don't need trollers on it VIP or not we don't care if they do something wrong they'll get a warn and a ban if they continue like every players.

From here on I will be making demos of this activity.  I enjoy this map and am fed up with people doing this for their solos.  I recall not long ago the odd person would do this purely for the lulz, killing themselves in the process, with most players appreciating the joke and not doing it frequency and for their own gain.

 

Now it's beyond the joke.  Players are having to constantly watch the minigun operator(s) to see which corner they throw the item(s) into - often at the back of the core platform - so they can avoid getting caught in the blast.  

Well maps like paranoid and mako are always full of trolls. Just as snayp said it just record them and post it here so we can take further steps like bans, warnings and so on.
