probleme allopass vip

Bonjour,

 

J'ai acheté pour un mois le " mode vip " avec des allopass. Depuis hier j'attends l'acceptation de l'envoie mais il y a un probleme:

Donc j'ai attendu mais rien...

Aujourd'hui je réessayé avec les même code pour savoir si je m'été trompé, masi cela me fait le même message
