Si vous cherchez un script à mettre sur votre serveur pour gérer vos photos, faire des galeries, les taguer et les partager, j'ai ce qu'il vous faut. Ça s'appelle Lychee c'est sous licence MIT et vous pouvez le télécharger ici.

Pour l'installer, vous n'aurez besoin que d'un serveur web, PHP 5.3 ou supérieur, Imagick et MySQL. Sachez aussi que Lychee peut se brancher avec Dropbox pour importer automatiquement toutes vos photos.

Lychee supporte aussi l'Open Graph et les Twitter Cards pour que ça pète grave sur Twitter ou Facebook lorsque vous partagerez vos photos ;-).

Enfin, il est possible de développer ou de rajouter des plugins à Lychee comme ceux-ci :
