Tumblr n'est pas non en reste sur la sécurité aujourd'hui puisque la plateforme de blog recommande à tous ses utilisateurs de l'application iOS (iPad et iPhone) de changer rapidement leur mot de passe.

La raison ?

Et bien l'application iOS officielle Tumblr passait les mots de passe en clair durant la phase d'authentification. Résultat, un pirate pouvait parfaitement intercepter les identifiants d'un utilisateur Tumblr, si ce dernier s'était connecté au même réseau WiFi que l'attaquant.
